I was quoted about an hour for new tires and was the next customer. I agreed to have my wheels removed immediately after the owner said it would save time while someone picked up the new tires. Nearly three hours and multiple inaccurate “five minutes away” updates later, the tires still hadn’t arrived. During the wait, the owner was eating cake with his hands in the lobby and talking about his chest and back hair. Frustrated, I asked to have my original tires put back on and left. Five minutes later, I got a low tire pressure warning. I had also noticed a chunk of rubber missing from a tire that looked like it had been pinched by equipment, so I returned because I didn’t feel safe driving. When I explained that I hadn’t noticed the damage before they worked on my car, the owner became extremely aggressive, got in my face, called me a liar, and told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. He then told me to leave despite my concern about driving on a tire that was losing pressure. We eventually reached an agreement, and I did ultimately leave with the new tires. Stopped in to replace a worn-out tire, and the service was quicker than I expected. The staff answered my questions without trying to upsell anything, which I appreciated. Prices seemed fair, and overall it was a straightforward experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience! We brought our Tesla in today because we had picked up a nail in one of the tires. From the moment I called, the gentleman on the phone was incredibly friendly and told us to bring the car right in. The entire team was professional, courteous, and treated us with respect from start to finish. They repaired the tire quickly, and we were in and out in about 30 minutes, which was impressive. The technician also took the time to explain the repair process, answer our questions, and make sure we understood everything before we left. It’s great to find a business that provides honest, efficient service while making customers feel valued. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for fast, professional, and friendly service. Thank you again for taking such great care of us!

I visited many tire shops before coming here, but none of them were willing to help because my wheel had a crack. I was starting to lose hope until I found this place. The service here was absolutely outstanding. They took the time to inspect the problem carefully and provided the best solution instead of trying to sell me unnecessary services. Their pricing was also the most affordable compared to all the other shops I visited. It’s rare to find a business that is honest and truly cares about its customers. A special thank you to Jo, who was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. His customer service was exceptional! If you’re looking for a trustworthy tire shop with fair prices and amazing customer service, this is definitely the place to go.
